Note , Nusa Penida is not In Bali and here is the journey plan on plan 6 and 7 :
Morning we will pick up at your hotel in Bali around 6 - 7 am depending where will you stay , which area will you stay in Bali . Because we have to estimate driving time to the port , in order to get there before 8 am . Boat will leave by 8 am and after one hour will arrive in Nusa Penida , there our driver will greet you at the harbor and take you around according the plan . At the end of you tour , we will bring you check in at your hotel in Nusa Penida for one night stay ( your own booking ) . Next day after breakfast we will pick up you at your hotel and drive you for the second tour , check out hotel in the morning is recommended . After tour we will drive you to port of Nusa Penida , arrive must before 5 pm to catch the last boat . 
You will arrive in Bali around 6pm and our driver will meet you at Sanur Port than drive you to your hotel in Bali . 

So with this package , you have to book your hotel in Bali as well as one night in Nusa Penida .
